The aggregate value of properties owned by the EQUITY REIT is determined based on the most recent internal valuations as of the end of the fiscal quarter upon which the latest announced NAV per share is based, according to our valuation policies. However, the value of properties from investments acquired since the latest NAV per share announcement is based on their most recent purchase prices.
For properties underlying loans made by the Equity REIT, the aggregate value is determined using independent appraisals dated within six months of the original acquisition dates by FVH Adviser, LLC, Forevest Holding, Co., or Forevest Holding Commercial Capital, Co., as applicable. As with any valuation methodology, the approach used by our affiliates’ internal accountants or asset managers involves several estimates and assumptions about future events that may not be accurate or complete.
